Option 1 - The All Access Kickstart Challenge Pack

This package is truly the perfect choice if you are ready to make a long term lifestyle change. This comes with your your 3 Day Refresh Kit PLUS a 12 month subscription to Beachbody on Demand, a month's supply of Shakeology, portion control containers and the same meal plan that I used to lose my weight and reach my goals. Option 2 - The 3 Day Refresh Challenge pack

This comes with your 3 Day Refresh Kit PLUS a month's supply of Shakeology. This is a great option if you do not currently drink Shakeology so that you can continue your weight loss after the 3 day detox ends. Shakeology has helped me personally with my sugar cravings and it lowered my cholesterol. You will receive a FREE 30 day trial membership to Beachbody on Demand where you will have access to all the workout programs. I will help you determine which workout program will be the best for you and you can get started during your free trial. You will have me as your coach for support and accountability and you will be a member of my V.I.P. Commit to Change Community with a tribe of ladies to cheer you on! Your membership to this V.I.P. community will last for 30 days with options to continue.

Option 3 - The 3 Day Refresh Complete Kit

If you just want to do the 3 day cleanse and are not interested in continuing after the 3 day detox, this is a perfect option for you. This kit comes with your 3 Day Refresh supplies plus 3 days worth of Shakeology. During the 3 Day Refresh you will be drinking Shakeology for breakfast each morning.

Option 4 - The 3 Day Refresh Without Shakeology

This kit is perfect if you are already drinking Shakeology every day. You will receive the 3 Day Refresh kit with no Shakeology.
